Description
“Insights Into Calculus” consists of three parts. Part 1 concerns content. Part 2 describes a space-time walk interviewing contributors to the calculus, thereby viewing the societies and their cultures and methods of financial support of the calculus. The third part emphasizes the relation of certain of Zeno’s paradoxes to real numbers, their geometric interpretation as points, and the limit concept.
